Greg Maganzini, owner of DiBlasi’s, began working at
the shop when he was in high school. Little did he know
that 15 years later, he’d be back behind the counter as
the owner. Greg’s mission is to carry on the 60+ year
reputation of DiBlasi’s. Greg uses only the freshest and
highest quality ingredients, making multiple stops each
morning at local vendors to ensure his customers enjoy the
best product every time they order. Greg prides himself on
the favorites that keep customers coming back year after
year, such as his homemade chicken and veal cutlets,
homemade meatballs, his eggplant, and shaved-daily
steak subs. Not to be missed is the “Steak and Cheese
Challenge” where customers compete to finish a 30” Steak
and Cheese sub in 30 minutes! Winners receive prizes and
bragging rights for a lifetime! We also offer a full catering
menu and school and business lunch deliveries.
